01Introductory Notes

Welcome to BET100. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) serve as a binding contract between you (the “Player”) and BET100 (the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They lay down the rules for using the BET100 website, the mobile app, and all the games and services available through them.

By creating a BET100 account, making a deposit, or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms completely. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the BET100 platform.

BET100 is an online gaming platform for players in the Philippines. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP), so you'll see amounts in ₱. You can access the platform through any web browser via bet100.casa, or through the dedicated BET100 mobile app.

02Who Can Register

You may only register for and use BET100 if you meet every one of these eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• You must live in a place where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You cannot be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of someone who works at BET100.
• You must not have been previously banned or excluded from the BET100 platform.

BET100 may ask for proof of your age and identity at any time. If we find out that a player is under the legal age, we will close the account right away and return any deposits made. Any winnings earned by the underage player will also be forfeited.

03Setting Up Your Player Account

Deposits

05Bonuses and Promotions

BET100 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. Every promotion follows the specific terms posted on its own page, in addition to the general bonus rules outlined here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings linked to the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each promotion page clearly indicates its own wagering requirement. Unless a promo states otherwise, the standard playthrough is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are valid only for a limited period. Unused bonuses expire once the stated validity ends.
• Unless a promotion explicitly says otherwise, only one bonus can be active at a time.
• BET100 may adjust, suspend, or end any ongoing promotion at any time, even without giving players a heads-up beforehand.
• Bonuses are meant purely for your own personal leisure play. If you try to exploit the bonus system in any way, your account could get suspended.

06Game Rules

Under BET100's platform terms, every title you can play — like Fortune Horse, Fishing, Nine, Badminton, Blocky Block, Diamond Tycoon, and King of Fishing — has its own set of rules that you can check right inside the game interface. These user policies and general gameplay terms apply across all games.

• Where they apply, game outcomes come from certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Once the platform confirms a result, that result is considered final.
• If a technical issue pops up during a game round, BET100 will work to resolve it fairly. Should the round be left unfinished, the stake will be returned to you.
• You're responsible for making sure your internet connection is stable before placing any bet. BET100 won't be liable for losses caused by connectivity problems on your end.

08Account Suspension and Termination

BET100 has the right to suspend, limit, or permanently close a player's account at its own discretion, whether or not prior notice is given, in the following situations:

• If you breach any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• If you fail to complete identity verification when requested.
• If we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a transaction.
• If you ask us to close your account yourself (voluntary self-exclusion or closure).

Should your account be closed because you broke these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If it is closed for any other reason, your cash balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet once all outstanding verification steps are fulfilled.
